Laptop Graphics Card Compare

Hello all. I'm trying to see what graphics card i should get for my laptop. I have 3 choices.

1) ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3650 w/ 1 GB dedicated

2) Nvidia Geforce 9600M GT 512MB Dedicated (note comp has 32 bit vista with 4 gb ram)

i play games like counterstrike source and also use photoshop.

which one would fit the best for me? does the 1GB dedicated make that much of a difference over the other 2 with 512MB? if you had your choice which laptop would you go with?

the last one looks alright to me. has a C2D processor which i prefer. also has 4gb ram, 320gb hdd, and 64bit. pretty well specced. although they all have their advantages.
any of them cards will run counterstrike fine, even photoshop.
having 1gb of video ram can make a difference, but at the end of the day its the other specs the card has that matter more.
