My mobo supports up to 4GB of RAM (DDR2 800MHz Max), although I'm running Vista Basic 32-bit.

Currently, I'm running 2x1GB of 667MHz Ram.

Would it be worth getting 3GB worth of 800MHz RAM instead of just getting another 1GB stick of 667MHz Ram, or will there not be much change in speed?

I say 3GB because I hear its the max amount Vista 32-bit can read and use.

If you have anyother suggestions, that would be great.

Edit:

I found this..4GB (2x2GB) 800MHz for 33 bucks

or this for 9 bucks..1GB 667MHz

You may notice a slight increase in speed using the DDR2 800. And for only $33, you really can't go wrong.

Okay, and I won't run into any problems if I put in 4GB, even though 32-bit only supports around 3GB?

I'm pretty sure it will be fine, it just will be a waste of about a GB.

How would I do that. Is there a simple and easy way to do it with some virtual program?

I'd prefer not to actually put in on my computer, if you know what I mean.
