is this enough power?

Ok in my pc is a 450 watt ATx power supply powering my pc i have a dvd drive 2 hardrives and my video card im going to be buying a new gpu the EVGA 9800GT its power requirements are 400 watts do i have enough power for my gpu n the rest of my pc? or do i need more wattage?

If it's a good quality power supply, you should be fine.

the dvd drive thats in my pc is a secondary one i ahve another one its external powered by the wal,l i could unplug the internal one id if i don't need it

Don't worry about unplugging the drive, it doesn't use much power, if any at all, just standing idle.

Well, you still should be good. My PSU is my sig and I sure it would run a 96/ 9800GT card fine.

I would have gone with corsair if I could but the rosewill is good. (plus it looks awesome)
