Have anyone tried installing a SSD in a playstation 3 ? XD
Will it improve the load time of games ?

If you have the money do it. The write speeds (intalling games and such) are a little faster not noticable. But read times (loading games and such) are significantly faster

It would be nice to own one in my playstation 3. But I don't think its worth it really... A P3 is around 400$ and the drive is what ? over 400 ? lol

They probably aren't doing a lot of business. A lot of companies are cutting prices to stay alive.

Seriously, its not worth the extra money, it will only speed up load times if its loading from HDD not from the disk, but like zkilla said, it will speed up install times and saves.

if i bought that ssd just to install vista and games would i notice a big difference?
