(please Help!!)

What do you mean? Just shut 'er down properly...whats the problem?

Read the first post properly you loser and you will see that the computer keeps rebooting at the loading screen, stop being a jerk and piss off somewhere else if you are not interested in helping people. People come here for help, not to be subjected to idiots like you.

Would someone please ban this fool.

It sounds like there is a file missing or something, with windows unable to boot at all it's unlikely that you're going to be able to change a setting.

It is possible that this is caused by a hardware error, that is causing a windows error and the machine is automatically rebooting.
of course, as this is a laptop, it's going to be difficult to swap out items of hardware, but if there is more than one block of ram in the machine then you could try taking them out in turn to see if one of the sticks is bad.

if the machine is rebooting because of a software error, like missing files in windows, then you'll need to replace these files, the easiest way of doing this may be to re-install windows.

It seems that people are giving advise without reading the first post properly. If he cannot start the Windows then how is he supposed to shut it down 'properly'?

That happens lol.

anyhow @OP; your best bet would be simply to just re-install windows. If there is important data on this computer, see if you can get a Live CD of a Linux distro...run it and pull off your data.
Otherwise, i would recommend re-installing windows...that'll be the fastest and easiest way to fix this problem.
