Hmm...that's odd, one thing is your eyes could be stressed. Is the lighting good in the room? (no extreme glares or blaring light in your face) or do you wear glasses?. On the issue of dizziness though, does it only happen when you play video games? sometimes it can be attributed to ear problems (such as ear infections, allergies as well as excessive amounts of ear wax sticking to inside your ear). If so, cleaning your ears with a QTip (or if you've ever candled your ears that REALLY helps.)
