I want a handheld device that will play .cbr comics...

Do I need a windows palmtop computer, or is there a more basic device that will do the job?. If I do need a palmtop computer can anyone recommend a good value for money one?

I am not sure as to which devices will read .cbr programs. But I know for sure pocket PC's will. I have an IPAQ and love it. Here is a link to a good one that is cheap for a pocket pc.
