Sos! Help Me Dudes!

Ok I needed to clean my PC because i was bored and in trouble...as usual so yeah took all hardware out cleaned every piece then put it back together after putting it back together i couldnt get an image please help me!!!... All hardware seems to be working fine i just bought a new processor and graphics card :S
-AMD Sempron 2800+
-ATI X1650 Pro 512M
-1 Gig DDR RAM
-2 HDD 1st (60Gig) 2nd (100 and something) (Both IDE)
-Gigabyte K8 Triton GA-K8VM800M Rev. 1 Motherboard
-1 DVD Drive (IDE)
-1 CD Drive (IDE)
Please help!!!! Its pissing me off

Did u double check and make sure that everything is in place?...Did the graphics card snap in properly? any beep codes?

No beeping...at all and graphics card working fan on it running

no pins or anything like that have bent when connecting the monitor up with the lead?

make sure all your power is connected to your motherboard correctly... make sure the tiny square 4pin on the top left corner is plugged in.

try turning on the monitor? =D hahahah sry umm check ALL of your connection's make sure you dident bend any pins on your cpu or you dident get any of the thermal paste on the pins of the cpu
