Hey there. birthday is coming up XD and i want to get a good cpu cooler. im trying to stay away from water cooling, but i want to overclock to 4ghz. is there any good quality air cpu cooler taht will get the job done while keeping my cpu at a good temp? the url below is my cpu. thank you to all those who help, it is much appreciated

It's certainly possible, but it doesn't happen too often even on water.

From what I've heard the TRUE Copper is a decrease of 4-7C. In your case, this is significant.

Cabbs' idea:

You'll have a good chance of hitting 4GHz on air if you get an E0. If you get one of the older steppings, it will be a challenge, and you'll need some skills.

TRUE + a high static pressure fan would be your best bet like Cabbs said.
