Every time I turn on my laptop, my trend micro security records (and blocks) an unathorized change attempt.
Type: API event
Detected resource/process ID: NTUserSetWindowsHookEx
Infected File: C:/Program Files/Dell/MediaDirect/PCMService.exe
Policy Violate: Program Library Injection
Action Taken: Deny
What is going on and what course of action should I take? Should I just delete the infected file (if so how?)?
I've run spysweeper, superantispyware, malwarebytes, trend micro scan and none detect any malware/spyware at the moment.
