Hey,
I'm new and I got a question about memory cards.
I had an old Gateway... I never knew what model it was... it was back in '98. anyway, I pulled the memory card.
I was told that it could be detrimental to install the wrong card into my PC.
Anyway, all rambling aside.
Is there any way I can tell what kind of card it is by looking at it?
All it says on the label is: 84MB, SYNCH, 133MHz, CL3.
And the chips just say: TG - 75 B.
I'm pretty sure they'll fit. I'm Not sure witch PC I want to put them in yet.
Either a Presario, or a Pavilion...
The Presario has a Amberine RS-428 SB400 Moutherboard if it helps... Don't know about the Pavilion...
Any input would be appreciated.
