The cheapest latitude has a Celeron processor. Both of the ones I posted have dual cores with a larger screen. I'll be putting XP Pro on them. The Vostro start at $599 for a big screen.

I highly suggest you save until you reach the $800 - $1000 range. You're looking at budget notebooks right now, which are not suited for video editing.

Try to buy a notebook that will last.
