I want to OC my CPU, my specs are in my sig, it's running 2.53 currently, i'd like to get it to 3.0 or there abouts. I've not really done this before so i really need some help, a thorough walkthrough would be great. Current temps are CPU - 41*C, M/B(mobo?) - 31*C my CPU fan and heatsink are the ones that came with my CPU and the fan speed is 1734-1770RPM. Thanks in advance.

Also, any good programs to use from Desktop that will tell me my temps? So i don't have to access BIOS all the time.

Did you try upgrading your cpu so that you dont have to overclock because if you dont know whats going on, you can ruin your computer!

You should be able to achieve that on stock voltages.

The E7200 has a 9.5 multi, which is great. To OC to 3GHz, you could use 333x9.
333MHz being the FSB frequency and 9 being the multiplier.

I also recommend you turn the Vcore down to around 1.2V, as leaving it on auto tends to increase the voltage too quickly. 1.2V should be enough for 3GHz

Posting some pics of your BIOS would help A LOT as well, so it would be much easier to explain if you could do that.
