GMT is considered the base of all time zones. For example, most international channels use GMT as a base for their schedule. It's up to the viewer to calculate the difference.

okay, so we are gonna consider the first post of 2009 the first post in GMT of 2009, so if its 2009 in AUS but not in GMT then its not the first post?


I hate trying to convert time, its like converting money, and well, its painful.
