HTM downloads corrupted

I am getting an error window stating that HTM or HTML downloads were corrupted. The last one was when I installed Webmaster 7 and the tutorial part of the program did not download. The error window states that it came through "Incredimail" What had Incredimail got to do with this?? When I try to get reports from my internet security program the same window comes up. I have no idea how to fix this.

Sounds like some SPAM is floating in there. You need to flush it down with some anti-adware programs.

I have ran Windows Defender and a full scan from Shaw Secure and the error is still poping up.

I solved the problem. Somehow the file types htm and html got changed in the folders file to Incredimail. I changed it back to IE and that solved the problem.
