that's why he stipulated "next" thanksgiving, but of course he's wrong, the next big sale will probably be shortly after the new year, well, at least in the US, lot's of stock left on the shelves and in warehouses (for online stores) because of reduced spending during the holiday season due to the overall financial crunch probably means that there will be some awfully low prices while trying to recoup some of their losses (compared to past years)...

I figure sometime during the first or second week of the new year, with another big one around tax time...

me neither, but i still knew.
Its pretty hard to avoid politics and the economy if you talk/listen to friends and family, and maybe watch the news once in awhile. :)
 
Some prices might go down after CES. You just have to wait for all of the new technology to come out. I'm sure there will be plenty of end of the year sales.
