As of late I have been having to move my PC around a lot. Unfortunately for me, my PC is in a Mammoth sized Antec Soho file server case and has been dubbed the Beige bomber. With the accumulation of Stuff in my apartment space IS becoming an issue and that big old Antec case very very heavy. So I need to migrate my current PC parts into a newer smaller (preferably lighter) case. An aluminum case would be nice but I can also do steel. Sturdiness and build quality is Important (I think I could set off bomb next to my old Antec and it would be still standing). I'm looking to spend around $100-$150 USD. Not really looking for a full tower, but would like room to expand ( I.E. put in a second 4870 later). Also, the bottom PSU layout is prefferable. I have narrowed it down to a couple of Cases but I am having a hard time deciding which one to choose so I'm asking for your opinion!

-The Antec 900
(needs no link I think everyone here knows this case well)
Cons:
-Cable management will require modifications to the case
-No dust filters on front

-The Lian Li PC-60FWB

Cons:
-At the top of my price range w/o shipping
-No top vent (But can very easily be added w/Dremel)

-The Thermaltake V9 Black edition

Cons:
-A bit cramped inside
-No stock side window

I like all three of these cases very much and have read review after review for each one and I still cannot decide. Also, there is one more case I had in mind, the Silverstone Fortress FT01B-W this case is absolutely gorgeous and stole my heart the instant I saw it, but unfortunately it has a STEEP price tag @ $230 US and I really don't want to pay that much for a case, but I am still debating it. Also the specs for whats going into this case are in my sig. Additionally, if there are any other cases similar to these that you would like to suggest go right ahead :).

Thermaltake FTW!!!

If I were to build a new system, this case would be at the top of my list:

COOLER MASTER RC-690

It has plenty of room, excellent cooling, and nice cable management. It also has the PSU at the bottom as you are looking for.

I'm fairly fit, so weight isn't a huge factor, just as long as I'm not going to die if the thing fell on top of me. My room mates like to hook my pc up to the TV in the living room to watch blu-ray disks so my PC makes constant trips from the living room to my bedroom daily and the Antec really sucks going upstairs X.x . I do like the light-weightness of the aluminum, but would the all aluminum built case act like a pseudo heatsink and help dissapate some heat as well?

hi guise!

The Thermaltake case won't have the build quality of the Lian-Li. Thermaltake has a plastic fetish or something, they've been putting it all over their cases lately. The thing I really like about the PC-60 is the area on the motherboard tray cut out so you don't have to remove the motherboard for cooler installation that requires a backplate.

You said space is an issue, have you looked at the PC-AO5? Comes at a very good price, takes full ATX, and isn't very tall, but it is long.
