Wow, and I thought my case was clean. Nice Job. About the rubber, if you wanted to you could go to a local hobby shop (For like rc airplanes and cars) and pick up some fuel tubing, cut it in half, put it around the edge of the metal hole, and RTV or Shoe-goo it there. You can also add some color to your comp this way if you want.
