Dunno. But I think they generate income because they are ad-supported and provide a DialToken service which is part of PrankDialers, you purchase tokens for a couple extra features, like no 15 minute wait to prank another person and scheduling pranks etc...

Well, I just found this, I'll try it out later, atm my family is sleeping and it's 3:39am here, I'll do a couple more posts then I'm off to bed.
