Explorer Keeps freezing

I cant figure out what the hell is going on. Explorer keeps freezing. I have ran virus scans, I ran ad-aware and CCleaner. Nothing comes up. Explorer will freeze, then it comes up saying do you want to close or restart. Then if I restart it, its fine for a awhile, then it freezes again.

Any idea's?

Might be a problem with your Vista.

It's something corrupted or interfering with explorer.exe

It doesnt say, i have tried closing everything out, and clearing everything in start up, and it still happens
