I just bought an EVGA nForce 750i SLI motherboard. Here are my questions.

1) Is this a good board?
2) Does it overclock well?
3) Are both of the slots 2.0 16x in SLI?

Should I keep this board? I got it at a great price from Micro Center. I'm going to add another GTX 260 Core 216 in one month.

1) It's a good board, however it's not great.
2) It's an nVidia chipset. It has decent OC'ing, but definitely shadowed by Intel chipsets.
3) I think they both run 2.0 16x. Newegg usually states otherwise if it doesn't, but this time it didn't.

So, it's worth keeping? Some people told me 650 watts should be enough to run two of my cards together. They said I would be cutting it close. But, it should work. What do you think?

The lowest recommended power supply for 2x GTX 260 in SLI is 750W. I don't think that 650 is going to cut the mustard.

It probably could if you weren't running any other hardware, but I'd get a new PSU or stick to one card. It's not like one GTX 260 performs bad anyway.
