Laptop resolutions

Hello all. I currently have a Dell 9300, 17" screen with WUXGA resolution (1900x1200). I love the resolution for editing digital photographs, viewing other photographers' works, etc. Anyhoo, I was just wondering if anyone knew of an online list with all the various resolutions listed. I can't remember what WXGA, WSXGA, etc mean.

Also, it's been a few years since I bought this computer. Are there higher resolutions now for 17" laptops?
