Help out a newbie!

I just setup an old computer. I'm able to access the internet fine but when I access hotmail, I can't click on any messages. At the bottom of the screen it says, "the object doesn't support this property or method." I'm able to go into my inbox fine, but I cannot open any of my mail or go into other folders.

I'm not sure if this helps, but it also gives me this message when I sign into MSN messenger:

Does anyone know how to fix this? It's really annoying knowing that I have messages but I can't check any of them

have you run Windows Updates?

also, as for the Internet Browser, download Firefox and see if you still get an error trying to use Hotmail.

See, when I tried suggesting a different browser on a different thread, I was told that wasn't a solution. Tsk, tsk.....
