Compatibilty help

Hello there, I am new to all of this computer stuff. I'm looking for some help regarding compatibility with a motherboard and cpu that I have recently chosen.

Motherboard:

So I need to find a video card and some memory. I also have a budget. I need a video card with a maximum pricetag of $200. Can anyone help me out? I'm looking at this:

For memory I am looking at:

Price isn't as big a factor with the memory. Also, I'm not trying to build a super computer or anything, just a decent one. Thanks!

The motherboard and CPU will be fine together. Great choice on RAM. As far as the video card I'd go with an HD4850. That is just one of many. If you want of those little nice enclosures just browse around.
