help with display

my computer is a toshiba satellite model # a215-s5837 i have windows vista my issue is that the screen is horizontal instead of vertical my neck hurts from looking sideways at my screen. Please help me resolve the problem, I'am lost

What type of video card are you using?

eather video card, theres an option under, lets say, Nividia ,under Nividia Control Panel, theres an option that enables u to rotate the screen

i dont know where it is under ATI, but its there
