I Saw a movie a while back and i can think of the name,i only remember parts of it though,
All i remember is a bald guy,i think he may be an android? (In a scene i remember,a laser cut a small square in his head,and then a chip was put in hi head and then his head put back together) in one scene he is thrown from a building and lands on a truck/car and he says "I HATE THAT GUY!" and thats all i remember.
I Think the movie was from the 90's.
