If George is given another chance, then everyone who has ever been permanently banned from this forum must be let back in. Because the words permanent ban obviously will have no meaning anymore.

No. He brought it upon himself and the consequences were made clear, but he refused to listen and horribly abused the rules. I don't see why he would want to come back either, there won't be many welcoming him with outstretched arms.
