Buying a new video camera...used...but new for me

I've been wanting this camera since like a year and a half ago. It's a panasonic ag-dvx100b.

I found a used one for 1700 which is already a great deal, but i managed to haggle it down to 1500. Such an awesome deal. usually they go for around 2000 used. I'm meeting the guy on friday at a starbucks.

I don't think you could get a high definition camera at this price. Enhanced definition maybe.

nah, standard def but it's a freakin awesome standard def camera lol

lol enhanced definition is 480p, which this camera has

also does 24 frames per second shooting in progressive mode which is a godsend when you're trying to shoot footage that looks like film

Oh and check out the canon HV30...HD camera for like 800 bucks and its so epic that it's even used in some big name movies.
