Possible in CSS?

I know these pics are from CS,but is it possible to do something like this in CSS?

What i mean is,put images up at certain points in various maps?

well i think that as long as you know the directory of the game images, you would be able to put any image you like just by pasting it in there not certain though - never tried it with CSS. I've tried it with many other games though

ofcourse you can. its for advertisements but only the original map maker can do it i think. they usu do it with spionsors and stuff so only the map maker can edit it.

I Couldnt get mani admin working,I dont know why.

So i have metamod and source mod with various plugins working.
