Try using something like the Alden Grabit or Easy Out. You can get them at most hardware stores.

ive tried all the ideas they have there but it still didnt work because jb weld is hard to use and i couldnt find a grabit small enough for that screw

its going to be tricky because its sunk into the product i would reccomend a jml screw extractor

if you could get a dremel or other cutting tool small enough you could cut a ridge across it and get a flathead scredriver in there

Try using the next size up driver.

If you have access to a Dremel, you could cut a slot across the top of the screw and use a flathead screwdriver to remove it.

Lats case scenario, you can carefully drill out the screw head, then remove the rest of the panel and grab whats left with a pliers.

Have you tried getting a small sharp flat chisel and carefully hit the outside rim counterclockwise?
