Video card dies?

I was playing Left 4 Dead on my computer and random it just blacks out the screen and when I tried to reboot I get no video output at all and nothing powers on. I remove my video card and everything is fine. Could my video card just have died like? or did something else happen?

yeah that's what I planned on my friend said he would try it out.

Best bet. I've seen a card fry and not power on any of my machines. It's casual if it overheated, due to poor cooling design or overall cooling in the case.

How old is the video card? What temps does it usually run @?

Yeah the card is done it didn't work in multiple computers with same problem of not powering everything. The card is about a year old but it only been in this machine for about 3 months but I never checked the temp of it.

My RMA got approved
