Making a Fanless PC?

I want to make a torrent box,and i was wondering how i could make a fanless PC?

I was thinking of underclocking/undervolting a 800Mhz P3 down to 200Mhz and then using one of aftermarket heatsinks.

But im unsure how i would go about the PSU...

Thermalright HR-01+ makes for a good silent CPU heatsink. My Xeon E3110 loaded up to about 55C overclocked to 4005 mhz and 1.328 Vcore fanless.

You could add large heat pipes connecting to the case. If you keep the case near a vent, or in the basement, you should get great results.

Yeah good ideas everyone,but i have come to the conclusion to use my laptop and put it in a different room and then use utorrent's web UI to manage it.
