looking for an extremely cheap tablet pc

i am looking for an extremely cheap tablet pc seeing as how it is not going to be used often (its more of a hobby thing)
but i am not sure what to buy
do you guys know of the cheapest tablet pc money can buy

Check ebay for refurbished models. I've never heard of a cheap Tablet.

You could just get a wacom tablet for your pre-existing PC.

Cheap tablets don't exist. The cheapest one you'll find is probably a Lenovo X61t, and that's still in the $1k range.
