Windows XP I believe.

Try to restore your computer to a previous state by doing the following:

1. Click Start, Programs (or All Programs), Accessories, System Tools, System Restore.

2. Choose the option to restore your computer to a previous point.

3. Choose the restore point before you uninstalled everything.

4. Go through the prompts to start the restore process.
