Yeah, I hate it...
It's awesome. I can run four WoWs at the same time with no lag, vs two with some lag with my other card. And with the 4870 they can all be on high everything...
The cons - and I hope there is some way to fix it or it's going back.
It is loud. That's the most annoying part. The awesomeness, to me, is not worth the loudness. You can turn the sound up, but it wont drownd it out, it's just an underlying loudness.
It's HUGE! I had no idea how big it was! It takes up two PCI slots (but it only goes in one) and it's long. In my super pro big lightning (lolz) case, it goes from front to back.. there was only one place I would have it so I can plug all of my fans in. But I can deal with that - that's way worth it, the awesomeness that is.
It stays around 47 degrees... my cpu is at 44 and hdd is at 36 just for some references.
I'm about to open it up and see if there is anything I can do
Any Ideas on how to make it quieter? It's not just when I play WoW.. it's all the time.. when I just leave my computer on.
It's going back if I can't find anything...
Thanks

I know! It sounds like a coke machine in a really quite room... and you can tell it's the fan...
Putting a different fan on is mentioned
