Good Frame Rate = FAIL!!!!

my FPS started to go back to normal, now it averages around 30 FPS.
The game is pretty fun once you get past like 1/3 of the game. The beginning is boring because the cars were too slow.
But in the end, i give it about an 7/10.

I actually noticed the game performed worse as I got faster cars. Once I go near the end where I had the porche 911 and like 20 cops on my tail the game would freeze and seem like I was driving into black fog then you could see the scenery start to rebuild on the screen. This didn't happen with the slower cars and cops from the beginning of the game.

i get the same FPS.
I friend uses the 5000+ and he gets about 16-25 FPS, but then when he OCed it to 3GHz, then he started to get 25-40 FPS. So this game is pretty CPU intensive.
