Hard Drive Question's

I download alot of music and I have 2 hard drives installed in my computer now. One is a 80gig IDE (used for the operating system mainly) and the second is a 320GB IDE Drive that is about 75% full

I have a brand new hard drive that I have never used. I bout it a few months ago and was going to build a second computer. It is a 500 GB sata hard drive.

Is it possible to use all three. Or will I have to get a new mother board. I have sata ports on my board but will I have to stick with one type. I also think that my computer's mobo will only handle 2 drives.

What Manufacturer/Model of motherboard are you wanting to put these three hard drives on?

check the mobo and see how many ports you have. Most mobos come with atleast one ide port which will work for 2 ide devices and you should have quite a few sata ports if your mobo is a newer model. So you should be able to connect all the drives if ur psu can handle it all.
