When I'm using my desktop I just use the middle (click wheel button) which opens links in a new tab by default. And on the laptop, I have the bottom corner enabled so when I tap it, it opens links in a new tab haha. Beat that

EDIT: Not so useful for unhyperlinked links

try clicking the link with the scroll button, like press it in (if ure mouse has it) it'll open the link in a new tab
