Is it worth it to get Threat Fire?

Is it worth it to get Threat Fire? I heard it was really annoying. Are you allowed to have it installed with an antivirus installed like avast?

Usually you can only have one anti-virus installed at a time or else they conflict each other. But I don't see where buying it would be worth it when Avast and AVG Free could do just as well.
