Wow, Xoxide.

Sand and paint it?

I've noticed that UV tubes aren't very reliable. I've had two of my own die, and my friend just recently had one of his die. I thought fluorescent tubes were supposed to last longer than regular light bulbs

Can't really sand and paint plastic, haha. UV tubes aren't reliable. I tried unplugging the broken one and plugging it back in. It messed up my heatsink fan. The fan began going off like a disco. Luckily, it fixed itself. I was expecting to send this tube back and pay shipping. When I called them, they didn't even ask much. Just my order number and what I ordered. About 10 seconds later, he says, "Your product is being shipped right now. Sorry for the inconvenience." I was shocked. Didn't even ask to send the old tube back. I could have milked them. But I have a guilty conscience. Plus, I'm a horrible liar, haha.

That's pretty good customer service. I don't know if I could have done that either, but I have friends that probably would :p
