I have a dell laptop and everytime I go to shut it down i have to hit end now on this program. SPRTCMD.EXE

Does anyone know what that is? If so what do I need to do to get rid of it.

Answer:
That exe belongs to the Dell Support Center service. Try hitting Ctrl-Alt-Del to bring up the task manager. look for that process and end it. Then you can go into Add/Remove programs and uninstall the program as it really isn't needed.
