Can my computer be overclocked? Sony Vaio VGC-RB44G

Hi. I was wondering if it was possible to overclock my Vaio. It runs at 3.2 Ghz but Iwant it perform better. I heard Sony's are difficult to overclock, but I was still curious. Any help would be appericated.

Intel Pentium 4 H/T 3.2 Ghz
512mb x2
250 gb
128mb video card
Windows Xp Media Center 2005

Prebuilt PC's aren't designed to be overclocked. They lock all the settings in the BIOS that allows overclocking.
