I got the new UV reactive sleeves on. I wanted to know. I have some extra wires. I will definitely not be using these now, or in the future. Is it safe to cut them off? If so. How would I do it? Just take scissors, snip and leave it there?

Cut them. Then wrap tape around the end so there is no exposed wire to short circuit and blow out.
