I agree with the above post. For gaming, the Geforce 9600 is a good idea, but the card's speed is lacking. Get something with more memory, in every regard.

I personally think you're paying way too much for this combo. You could save a lot of money here, get the same performance, an use the $$ left over on the graphics card, which is the most important part of a gaming computer.

You don't actually need anyway near as much power, a decent 500W unit would be more than sufficient and could save you some money: OCZ 500W.

As for the graphics card, it depends on your monitor's native resolution:
1024x768 - 9600GT / HD 4760
1280x1024/1440x960 - 9800GT / HD 4830
1680x1050/1600x1200 - HD 4850
1920x1440 - HD 4870
