Posting to reserve this spot. I will post up the EXACT items of that PC with parts from Newegg and check the shipping etc.

Case: http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811112141
Very Nice Brand

Ram: http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820227307
I would get a HIGHER speed. You don't go to DDR3 at stick to a 1066Mhz speed. You go with a 1600Mhz speed!

CPU: http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819115036
You could update this to a quad core OR get a Extreme Quad Core and Overclock to god's limits!

Mother Board: http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813188025
Fine Motherboard

Hard Drive: http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822136284
Slightly more expensive than a Seagate, but the reviews are better for this HDD.

DVD Drive: http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16827151173
2X times faster that the one supplied in the Alienware

Video Card: http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102768
Great Brand, One of the cheaper of the 4870X2's that is still very well built. Brand is very recommended.

Power Supply: http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139006
Very Nice PSU! High efficiency rating!

Network Card: http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Produc...2&Tpk=Killer K1 Gaming Network Interface Card
COMPLETELY UNNEEDED. If your playing multiplayer games online, you only increase your FPS by about 5-15.

Operating System(OEM): http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16832116493
OEM would mean you could only use it on this computer only. Only install it on this motherboard.

Operating System(Retail): http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16832116473
Retail would allow you to install it on the same computer if you decided to change Motherboard. Not really needed with Windows 7 on its way.

Keyboard: http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16823175103
Nice Light up keyboard, can choose your own if you want

Mouse: http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16826153003
Great Mouse, great brand. You can choose your own if you want

Total without shipping/tax and OEM Operating System: $2,126.88
Total with tax and shipping with OEM Operating System: $2,327.79

Total without shipping/tax with Retail Operating System: $2,214.38
Total with tax and shipping with Retail Operating System: $2,421.42

Just ask me what you could upgrade from that build and I'll give you a separate list of the items that I would get.

This also means he/she has to build it themselves which they not want to do. I highly reccomend you buy from newegg because the computer parts are much cheaper if you buy from them. alienware always jacks up their prices

Total Price came out to $2,327.79. So your saving about $600 for going with building it yourself.

Please help me Change it from ddr3 to ddr2 mother board and rams thanks! with the 1600 one :]

and then i need price and change to quad core :]

and change it to Windows XP Home Edition thanks!

E8500 - $188.99
SAPPHIRE 100251SR Radeon HD 4870 X2 2GB 512-bit - $519.99
OCZ Special Ops 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1066 - $124.99
EVGA 132-CK-NF79-A1 LGA 775 NVIDIA nForce 790i Ultra SLI - $349.99
Seagate Barracuda 7200.11 ST31000340AS 1TB 7200 RPM 32MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s - $119.99
Killer NIC K1 Gaming Network Card - $149.99
Creative Sound Blaster SB0570 Audigy SE 7.1 Channels - $29.99
CORSAIR CMPSU-750TX 750W ATX12V / EPS12V SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS Certified Active PFC - $119.99

Total - $1,573.93 without shipping and MIR (if any)

Then you need a case, and optical drive. A good gaming case is about $80-100 and an Optical Drive that burns DVD is about $30.

So the total is only about $1700 with shipping and everything.

Forgot the OS - Microsoft Windows Vista Home Premium SP1 32-bit - $99.99
most likely what they will give you.

Haha, NEED WOW NOW and me pretty much have the same things
