gaming comp lagging with warhammer online?

Hey, just wondering if anyone out there has any ideas on my situation.
my computer that i just built for gaming (mainly warhammer) has an amd pheenom x4 9500 quad core procsessor, 8gd of ddr2 ram, 750 watt power supply, plenty of fans, and an nvidia 9800gtx+ graphics card. WHY AM I LAGGING, on my other comp wich is a xp 2core with 3 gigs of ram and a mediocre graphics card gets almost no lag at all.

Thats very wierd. Do you have all your video driver up to date?

The 8800 I use for warhammer works great with very little lag and on Vista... Whats your ping while you play?

yes, i made sure that they were all updated, how do i see my ping?

It could probably be an internet issue. Are your drivers fully up to date on everything?

Really, I'm not sure for Warhammer. I'll see if I can find out. I'm going back to the Lan center tommorow to play lol.

What server are you on BTW?

yea my internet is 100mbps, i dont understand at all, all i can think of is that the processor may be bottlenecked by the graphics card?

THat's just your network speed. Actual internet is slower than that.

I"m wondering if you have a flaky stick of RAM. Or if you are using a 64-bit OS then it could just be game incapatibility. With out more details of what you are running all we can really do is guess.
