Vietnam is a bit too unpopular, but it would be a nice theme.

Korean war is too unknown. All the 12 year olds playing wouldn't even know what the game was about.

Not too many other conflicts you can milk money from with a game...

There were spike pits, trenches, camouflaged people, etc.
Maybe they can do those wars as an expansion?

yeah if u get enough kills in a row you release dogs and also u can have artillery shot into a area

it sucks when like 3 of them is coming at you, and you take out 2 of them, and have to reload before you can take out the third one

Hell yeah! Trench warfare, mustard gas, British Mark I tanks...sounds good.

Complete with bi-planes and a massive no-mans land betweens't the trenches

Heh, how about the Grenadian Conflict? you could ride in with the first wave on a surfboard or perhaps a game on the Israeli 6 Day War?
