UPDATE: My pc cant even go into safemode as the XP sign doesn't come up. i cannot open up any of my photos and i turned the internet off on it. Do i have anyother choice as it freezes when i try to put something in the cd drive

You can do the live cd, if you can download and burn it on another computer.
