Building a website

At college I've been building a website in Dreamweaver, I want to carry on building it at home but theirs one problem. I don't have Dreamweaver. Is there any free/cheaper programs out there that do the same job as dreamweaver? I've tried using Kompozer for a subituite for dreamweaver but it does not display what i've made in dreamweaver properly in the wusiwug editor.

also i know its illegal but if you are that way inclined there is a way to get dreamweaver without paying a single thing

and another option is an educational verssion which you can get for a lot less than the adobe price on their website
