Need Help building a computer

I really need a computer for Major gaming ( cs:s hl:2 starcraft etc. )
i also need something good for editing, i need to know where to get and how to install a capture card built into the computer, cause currently im using a capture that doesnt give em that good quility. i just need something i can upgrade easily, and put lights and stuff like that in it. so pleaassee help! im on limited funds, so dont go buck wild on me, i cant spend 700$ on a computer

Welcome to computerforums! Usually around here you gotta be a little more specific and then people will know exactly what there dealing with and will be glad to help out. In build questions, someone might even give you a complete build list for your budget and the place to order from.
